Responsibilities
Learning our systems and tools through hands-on training
Supporting customers by phone, chat, and email with empathy and care
Helping with deposits, payments, and account questions
Working with teammates and other departments to solve challenges
Building new skills through ongoing learning and coaching
Qualification
Required
Recent high school graduate (additional education is welcome but not required)
Background in any customer-facing role
Clear and polite communication skills
A genuine interest in solving problems and making a difference
Comfort with computers and curiosity to learn new tools
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Enjoy working as part of a team
Fluent English
