Responsibilities
While on duty, responsible for day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction and safety at assigned location
Performs general maintenance and housekeeping duties at facilities as required
Provides clear communication and updates to the Recreation Supervisor in the event of inclement weather and emergency situations; prepares and files accident reports
Follows all park opening and closing procedures
Solves basic problems and/or complaints that arise
Provides final on-site decisions interpreting league rules for consistent application
Maintains direct communication with Recreation Supervisor to ensure the effective operation of recreation programs
Performs other duties or assumes other responsibilities as apparent or assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
Reliable transportation to and from work
Confident in the use of computers and tablets and able to be trained in software required to complete functions of the position
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
