Responsibilities
Provide project management leadership for both straightforward initiatives and complex, cross-functional research initiatives within Cardiovascular Research Solutions
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for initiatives spanning trial startup, site onboarding, vendor implementation, and strategic research programs
Track progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
Support coordination across research leadership, operations, legal, finance, and external partners to ensure aligned execution
Assist with planning and execution of new vendor partnerships and technology implementations that support research operations
Organize and support research-related meetings, including sponsor meetings, internal planning sessions, weekly team meetings, and conferences
Manage calendars, agendas, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up communications
Prepare project updates, summaries, and materials for research leadership and key stakeholders
Contribute to initiatives designed to scale Cardiovascular Research Solutions as the network continues to grow

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3–5+ years of experience in project management within a multisite clinical research network, CRO, sponsor, or academic research organization
Solid understanding of late-stage (Phase II–IV) clinical trial organization and startup processes
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong organizational, communication, PowerPoint, and problem-solving skills
Adept at using project management software platforms such as Monday.com, Wrike, or similar tools
Preferred
Experience in cardiovascular clinical research
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus
