Co-Founder/Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Axenta is an early-stage AI startup focused on building production-grade AI systems for businesses. They are seeking a Co-Founder/Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue generation, sales strategy, and team development as the company scales towards $10M+ in annual revenue.

Responsibilities
Design and execute Axenta’s go-to-market strategy
Own pipeline creation, deal cycles, pricing, and close
Sell directly in the early days (you will be on the front lines)
Target $10K–$25K average deal sizes
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team
Build outbound, inbound, and partner-led sales motions
Create repeatable playbooks, scripts, and qualification frameworks
Define ICPs and messaging for: Professional services firms, Medical practices, General SMBs
Collaborate with product and delivery to ensure strong handoffs
Forecast revenue and build predictable growth engines
Help shape company strategy alongside the CEO and CTO
Influence product direction based on market feedback
Represent Axenta in sales calls, partnerships, and strategic discussions
Qualification
Required
Build and lead revenue from the ground up
Own sales strategy, execution, and team development
Design and execute Axenta's go-to-market strategy
Own pipeline creation, deal cycles, pricing, and close
Sell directly in the early days
Target $10K–$25K average deal sizes
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team
