The role involves developing and implementing a localized social media strategy, managing social media presence, and creating engaging content in both Thai and English while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a localized social media strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms
Create, localize, and schedule engaging, relevant, and informative content in both Thai and English
Monitor social media channels for inquiries
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality assets
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversions
Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest optimizations
Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all content adheres to financial regulations and internal standards
Stay current with social media trends, competitor activity, and relevant market developments in Thailand

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the financial services

Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills
