Nexstar Media Group, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive in Albany, New York. The role involves developing and increasing sales volume for both TV and digital revenue while employing a consultative approach to help clients grow their business.

Responsibilities

Develop and increase sales volume for both TV and digital revenue
Prospect, qualify, close and grow NEW business
Continue to learn and implement new strategies and products
Responsible for order entry, contracts, follow-up and collections
Play a role in the production of client’s creative elements
Be an advocate for our products and programs
Implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed revenue goals
Establish credible relationships within our business community
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
Educate customers on the variety of available TV and Digital products to most effectively promote their products and/or services
Work with clients and station personnel to develop advertising and promotional campaigns
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Sales experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeSocial media proficiencyConsultative sales approachCommunication skills

Required

Strong oral and written communication skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Pre-employment criminal and driving background check

Preferred

Sales experience is preferred
Proficient with popular social media and digital platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook
