Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing Internet/BDC team with a strong focus on accountability and results
Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead conversion, appointment set/show rates, and sold performance
Monitor and manage all digital lead sources (Website, Third-party and phone)
Analyze performance metrics, reporting, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Ensure prompt, professional, and consistent customer communication across all channels
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Marketing, and Leadership to align internet strategy with dealership goals
Maintain CRM process discipline and ensure compliance with best practices
Stay current on digital retail trends, tools, and evolving customer expectations
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as an Internet Manager or Senior BDC Leader in automotive retail
Proven ability to build, lead, and retain top-performing teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills
High level of organization, urgency, and follow-through
CRM expertise and a deep understanding of modern digital sales processes
