Guide users through product features, functionality, and best practices
Troubleshoot technical issues and anomalies to identify clear paths to resolution
Manage multiple real-time chat conversations with accuracy, professionalism, and warmth
Delivering an exceptional user experience maintaining Bouncie's reputation for industry-leading customer care
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities are a must!
Patience when handling tough cases
Outstanding written communication skills
A genuine passion for helping people, especially when the situation is challenging!
Quick thinking and comfort responding in a fast-paced, chat-based support environment
Ability to build user confidence quickly through clear, friendly, and professional interactions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, technology-driven setting
