BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Manager in their Medicare certified home health office in Sierra Vista, AZ. The Clinical Manager will lead field staff in providing exceptional client service and clinical excellence while overseeing case management and staff development.

Responsibilities

Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals

Processing incoming referrals

Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff

Orientation of field staff

Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base

Monitoring quality assurance

Managing staff productivity, and overall case management

Visiting clients as necessary

Qualification

Registered Nurse licenseMedicare Certified Home HealthOASIS documentationICD-10 codingHCHBPeople managementLeadership experienceOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

An active Registered Nurse license in AZ

At least 2 years of nursing experience (med/surge, acute, ER, etc...)

Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience

Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation

Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding

Preferred

HCHB a plus

Strong people management and leadership experience a plus

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
