Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives, driving performance, coaching, and career growth
Build and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Track key sales metrics—conversion rates, pipeline health, and rep activity—to optimize performance
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create sales enablement content and co-sell on high-value opportunities
Report to executive leadership on performance, forecast outcomes, and contribute to company-wide initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experienced sales leader (Director level preferred) with a proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales—hosting experience is a plus
5+ years of successful selling experience with expertise in outbound/new customer acquisition
Skilled at building, mentoring, and retaining top-performing teams
Strong operational mindset: pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and process development come naturally
Collaborative, cross-functional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
