RTC focuses on continual improvement and delivering higher-performing solutions for clients. The Production Clerk will provide administrative support in the production area, assisting supervisors and managing shop orders and production paperwork.

Responsibilities

Assist Production Supervisors in day-to-day activities

Assist in the administration of shop orders and sales orders

Process daily work orders and produce the required paperwork to complete daily assignments. Such as printing of shop orders, finished good tickets, RTS tickets, labels, instruction sheets, and any copying of documents that might be needed

Provide Quality Control, Production, and Inventory support when needed

Attend daily progress meetings when needed

Check the inventory of materials when line shortages occur

Filing of daily and weekly documents

Help translate when needed

Navigate effortlessly thru LN

Qualification

Bilingual (Spanish/English)Microsoft OfficeDetail-orientedOrganization skillsCommunication skills

Required

At least 1 year of office/general business experience

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)

Must be computer literate

Detail-oriented

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities

Good organization skills

Good communication skills

High school diploma

Must be 18 years or older
