Intern, Entry LevelSabai Health is building an AI wellness and health guide that utilizes specialized medical AI models to provide accurate guidance. The AI Cyber Security Intern will work on securing data and AI pipelines, and testing models for vulnerabilities, collaborating closely with the Tech and Product Leads.

Responsibilities
Identify and mitigate risks in LLM‑powered systems (prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exfiltration, tool misuse) across Sabai’s health conversations
Design and run red‑team style tests to uncover harmful outputs, policy bypasses, and biased responses, then document and recommend mitigations
Support secure design of core user journeys (e.g., symptom triage, mental‑health check‑ins, lab‑report analysis, medication reminders), including input validation and output sanitization
Contribute to encryption, access control, and logging strategies for sensitive health data in the Memory Vault and related databases
Help translate PDPA and other privacy principles into practical controls such as data minimization, consent flows, retention policies, and safe deletion
Review new features for privacy impact and propose changes that reduce data exposure while preserving usability
Assist in securing messaging integrations (e.g., LINE and WhatsApp webhooks, tokens, API keys), including rotation and secure storage of secrets
Help design and test onboarding, authentication, and session management that balance smooth UX with strong security
Support basic hardening of infrastructure (network rules, firewall policies, IAM permissions) together with Dev/DevOps
Help set up security‑relevant metrics, alerts, and dashboards for suspicious behaviour across app and infra
Assist with vulnerability scans, dependency checks, and manual security testing of critical paths; track issues through remediation
Co‑create simple incident playbooks for scenarios like suspected account compromise, data leak, or abnormal AI behaviour
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate in CS, Cyber/InfoSec, Computer Engineering, or related field, with relevant security coursework or projects
Hands‑on exposure to security (CTFs, labs, bug bounties, uni projects, open‑source security work); bonus if you have played with LLM security, red‑teaming, or building AI apps
User‑centric, risk‑aware, curious, and comfortable asking hard questions; able to turn abstract risks into concrete logging, alerting, and blocking requirements
