They are currently seeking highly motivated Marketing Professionals responsible for booking eligible tours and selling mini-vacation packages, representing the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Assist with tour and marketing related issues

Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate, strive for results

Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered

Build and develop a motivated team environment out in the field

Meet or exceed performance metrics

Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as approved or promote a courtesy tour

Champion Hilton quality customer care service throughout all Marketing channels

Secure future business through face-to-face POS package sales

Qualification

Sales experienceMarketing experienceCustomer serviceComputer proficiencyEngaging personality

Required

Minimum 1-year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience

Engaging personality, positive demeanor, and ability to work in fast-paced environment

Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening, weekends, and holidays

High School diploma or equivalent
