Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and Troubleshooting
Experience in Customer Service and user support
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts effectively
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable
Experience in government or military IT environments is a plus
