Responsibilities

Work on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of engineering related issues

Work with a team lead in the coordination of detailed design phases for all aspects of engineering work

Perform designs for utility infrastructure using subsurface utility engineering (“SUE”) guidelines

Perform designs for civil site grading and drainage

Assist in leading efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget

Coordinate design activities to ensure installation and operations will comply with specifications, codes and client requirements

Interface with vendors to prepare materials

Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements

Required

Currently enrolled (or recently graduated) pursuing Electrical Engineering degree

< 1 Year - Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to own a business

Humble; willing to do tasks that others might consider beneath them

Hungry to be developed and passion to develop others

Basic oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, e-mail software

Self-starter with the ability to manage his / her time and resources

Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability

Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude

Determined and trustworthy
