They are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, and field operations while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction to close-out
Manage budgets, schedules, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and field leadership to resolve design or installation issues
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate project documentation
Drive accountability, communication, and high performance across teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and commercial construction processes
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Florida Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) preferred but not required
