Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships through proactive communication and personalized financial guidance
Financial Planning: Create and present customized plans aligned with clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives
Portfolio Oversight: Review and adjust portfolios regularly to ensure performance aligns with client needs and market conditions
Investment Strategy: Provide expert advice on asset allocation, retirement, and estate planning to optimize long-term wealth growth
Business Development: Drive new client acquisition through networking, referrals, and community engagement initiatives

Qualification

Required

Series 7 and Series 65 or 66
2+ years of financial advisory and sales experience with proven success in client relationships and business development
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial planning principles, and regulatory standards
Motivated, goal-oriented professional with strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, balancing client service with business development

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
CFP or ChFC
Salesforce
