Set Retail GenAI Strategy & Vision
Conduct market and strategic analysis to identify GenAI opportunities
Define business goals and translate them into a clear product vision
Establish strategic priorities and roadmap, secure funding and resources
Align cross-functional teams on execution
Design program structure and oversee implementation
Lead non-technical workstreams (e.g., marketing, legal, compliance)
Support product and technical teams with strategic decision-making
Partner on rollout and adoption of GenAI applications
Collaborate with field enablement to realize productivity benefits
Qualification
Required
4+ years of work experience at a consulting firm focused on strategy-related projects within corporate environments
Bachelor's degree
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Personal and professional alignment with Schwab's vision and values, with a strong interest in our business
Passion for GenAI and the desire to learn and grow in this area
Preferred
Experience in financial services or technology
GenAI experience
