Responsibilities
Maintain and manage all case calendaring, including court deadlines, discovery deadlines, hearings, and trial dates
Notice, schedule, and coordinate depositions, including preparing notices and ensuring proper service
Prepare and serve written discovery and accurately calendar response deadlines
Draft and assist with responses to defense discovery
Track and manage trial dates, pre-trial deadlines, motions, and court-ordered timelines
Prepare, file, and serve legal documents in compliance with court and local rules
Coordinate with attorneys, opposing counsel, courts, court reporters, and process servers
Ensure all filings, service, and case documentation are completed accurately and timely
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of litigation paralegal experience, specifically in Personal Injury (plaintiff-side preferred)
Extensive experience managing deadlines, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and service requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced PI environment
Preferred
Experience with e-filing systems and PI case management software
Familiarity with medical records, subpoenas, and lien-related documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
