We are seeking mid-level and senior real estate associates to join our prominent and growing team. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in one or more of the following areas:
Mortgage and mezzanine debt, on the lender and/or borrower side
Joint venture equity transactions
Acquisitions and dispositions
Real estate development
Candidates should value professional growth, mentorship, and a positive work culture. Strong candidates with transactional backgrounds outside of real estate will also be considered
Qualification
Required
You have the potential to develop in Transactional law, Real estate development, Real estate acquisitions, Equity
English - Conversational
solid experience in mortgage and mezzanine debt, on the lender and/or borrower side
solid experience in joint venture equity transactions
solid experience in acquisitions and dispositions
solid experience in real estate development
Preferred
Strong candidates with transactional backgrounds outside of real estate will also be considered
