Responsibilities

Support attorneys on personal injury (plaintiff-side), commercial litigation, and estate administration matters from intake through resolution
Draft, review, and file litigation and estate documents, including pleadings, discovery, settlements, and probate filings
Manage and organize case files, medical records, estate documents, and correspondence
Coordinate depositions, IMEs, hearings, mediations, court appearances, and trial or probate preparation
Communicate with clients, courts, medical providers, financial institutions, and opposing counsel
Track deadlines and maintain litigation and estate administration calendars
Assist with e-discovery, document production, lien resolution, settlements, and trial or estate administration support

Required

3–5+ years of paralegal experience, depending on practice area

Strong knowledge of court procedures, filings, and discovery processes
Excellent organizational, drafting, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

Preferred

Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
Estate Administration roles require full-time in-office availability
