Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, UTVs, and trailers
Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues
Assemble and prep new units
Replace parts
Conduct road or trail tests to ensure equipment is in excellent working condition
Maintain detailed service records
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and high-quality repair services
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and related vehicles
Experience in maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and parts replacements
Strong knowledge of powersports vehicle components and systems
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Valid driver's license and ability to operate motorcycles and off-road vehicles
Preferred
Formal technical training or certifications in powersports or automotive repair are preferred
Passion for powersports and active interest in the industry is highly beneficial
