Office Assistant

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, managing office supplies, organizing documents, and performing general clerical duties
Support the team by maintaining a well-functioning office environment and assisting with communication and scheduling as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
Experience with Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Knowledge and use of Office Equipment and related tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Additional certifications in office administration are a plus
