Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts
Qualify customer interest and connect them with our sales representatives
Answer inbound calls generated from TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels
Work in a fast-paced, professional, supportive, and fun call center environment
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales activity targets
Handle objections professionally and work to convert leads into opportunities
Provide excellent customer service while representing CoverageX in a professional and friendly manner
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, supportive, and engaging call center environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to commute or relocate to Bedford, TX 76054 before starting work (required)
Requires eligibility for a telemarketing license in the state of Texas
Ability to work a 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST schedule
Preferred
Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus
