Responsibilities

Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists
Integrate behavioral health providers into the primary care teams
Manage a patient load with fewer patients per day and longer patient visits
Utilize a state of the art/award winning EMR System
Practice medicine autonomously in an ambulatory setting partnering with primary care

Qualification

Board Certified in Internal MedicineUnlimited Licensure in MassachusettsActive DEA LicenseFamily PracticeInternal Medicine/Pediatrics

Required

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Active DEA License
