Responsibilities
Collaborate with the choral director so as to align with overall goals of the choral program
Provide one on one and small group instruction designed to enhance students technical proficiency
Provide one on one and small group instruction designed to enhance students musical expression
Foster student creativity, discipline, and teamwork in a culturally responsive and inclusive environment
Person serving in this capacity would be assigned to Choral classes
May need to teach at multiple sites to meet requirement of base assignment
Qualification
Required
Experience in voice and vocal pedagogy as well as rehearsal planning and implementation
Experience teaching high school-aged students
Experience teaching small group and one on one instruction
Must complete Edjoin online application, and submit Resume and Letters of Recommendation/Reference
Selected candidates must pass fingerprint clearance and provide current TB test results PRIOR to employment
