Information Technology
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
Register patient information accurately in the system
Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed
Schedule and reschedule appointments
Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other fees
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA
Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient needs and scheduling
Qualification
Required
