Responsibilities

Learn to influence individuals and teams in a safe and efficient manner within the manufacturing environment

Assist with implementation and managing the completion of production plans

Apply good leadership techniques to achieve or exceed the expected level of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People related metrics

Collect, analyze, and report on operational data to support continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and problem-solving efforts

Help with ideas to improve current processes

Attend meetings with Supervisors and Managers to gain understanding of current projects/focuses

Participate in problem solving to overcome production related problems, materials shortages, equipment malfunctions and unavoidable delays where possible to reduce their impact on operations

Required

Recent graduate with an associate or bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, organizational leadership or other related field having completed year one in two-year college or sophomore year in four-year college/university

Passion for learning and growing in the manufacturing industry

Ability to multi-task and take initiative

Strength with strategic and analytical thinking

Interest in data collection, analysis, and turning findings into actionable insights

Proficiency in MS Office

Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required. There is no mass/public transit system to/from corporate housing location to company locations
