Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' goals, with a focus on paid search and paid social campaigns
Maintain and grow relationships with clients by providing excellent service and understanding their business needs and objectives
Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned with best practices and industry standards
Provide detailed reports and insights to clients and internal teams on campaign performance and areas for growth
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to ensure innovative and effective strategies are applied
Manage budgets and timelines for digital marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered efficiently and effectively
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, particularly paid search and paid social
Experience with ecommerce brands and lead generation
Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing clear and concise insights and recommendations
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
Our marketing stack includes: Elevar, LittleData, RetentionX, Looker Studio, Lebesque, TripleWhale, and a growing list of AI tools
Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platform
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
