Responsibilities

Greet and guide walk-in and scheduled clients through the in-showroom consultation process

Manage the full design-to-sale journey, including quoting, layout planning, revisions, and final approvals

Use proprietary 3D design software (training provided) to create kitchens, baths, and closets that reflect client needs and lifestyle

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale execution and delivery

Manage multiple client projects with precision and a customer-first mindset

Conduct occasional job site visits to confirm dimensions and maintain long-term client satisfaction

Meet or exceed personal sales goals through relationship-based, solution-driven selling
