In this role, you will assist members with account services, provide support to the loan processing department, and ensure exceptional customer service at every interaction.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Open, close, and maintain member accounts, including Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
Assist members with a variety of financial services and products
Handle legal accounts and process wire transfers, stop payments, address changes, and check orders
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide administrative and clerical support to the loan department, including preparing loan packages and maintaining filing systems
Update interest rate sheets and retrieve necessary documentation as directed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills and a welcoming personality
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Comfortable handling account openings/closures and answering phones
Positive, proactive attitude—someone who “runs toward the fire”
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
Preferred
Banking or credit union experience
Familiarity with DNA/Fiserv banking software
Experience with legal accounts (death claims, guardianships, power of attorney)
Fraud management and debit card setup experience
