Manage, investigate, and resolve Radiant support tickets in a timely manner

Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, orders, imaging, scheduling, protocoling, and integrations

Collaborate with radiology staff and IT teams to understand system issues and recommend solutions

Perform system configuration, testing, and validation as required

Document issue resolutions, system changes, and process updates

Support ongoing system enhancements, updates, and optimization efforts

Participate in team meetings and provide regular status updates
