Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education

Ideally, 8+ years in software development, including 2+ years in management

Experience in operations technology for critical infrastructure is a plus

Proficiency in .NET, React, TypeScript, Docker, GKE, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and cloud/on-premise environments

Proven ability to lead agile teams, manage change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company's core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments
