Responsibilities

Build relationships with investment leaders and portfolio managers to provide regular financial performance and revenue updates
Lead annual budgets and outlooks for fixed income and private wealth, including detailed revenue, flow, and expense projections
Manage formulaic compensation calculations and bonus revenue forecasting
Perform scenario modeling, expense reviews, and industry benchmarking to drive efficiency and support business strategy
Lead finance transformation projects, implementing new systems, reporting tools, and AI-driven solutions

Qualification

FP&A experienceAdvanced ExcelFinancial modelingPowerPointSAPOneStreamFinancial planningAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field required
4-8 years in FP&A or financial modeling within financial services, with preferred experience in fixed income, compensation modeling, and bonus forecasting
Advanced in Excel for analytical modeling and PowerPoint for Board-ready presentations
Strong understanding of financial planning processes, revenue forecasting, expense management, and industry benchmarking within asset management or investment banking environments
Strong analytical and communication skills, able to present to senior leadership, influence strategy, and stay organized under pressure in fast-paced environments

Preferred

Preferred experience in fixed income, compensation modeling, and bonus forecasting
Knowledge of SAP, OneStream, or similar systems preferred
