Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and prepare bi-weekly ACH/wire payments
Perform vendor onboarding and due diligence, including W-8/W-9 collection and banking verification
Record corporate card and daily bank transactions and monitor ACH/check activities
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for general ledger and bank accounts
Generate financial reports and support audits, tax filings, and ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
2-5 years of accounting and/or accounts payable experience, including hands-on work with invoice processing, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Proficient in QuickBooks, Concur, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of accounts payable best practices, vendor due diligence processes, and month-end close procedures
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
