Responsibilities
Lead fund accounting and financial reporting for the firm’s real estate funds
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards
Oversee accounting for NAV, capital calls, distributions, allocations, and investor reporting
Coordinate annual audits and work directly with external auditors
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies
Partner with internal teams on fund performance, reporting, and ad hoc analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 8 years of accounting experience, strong background real estate fund accounting
Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing financial statements under NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards
