Responsibilities

Partner with colleagues across different functions to identify business challenges and opportunities to improve organizational design and workforce planning
Use modeling and analytics to generate actionable insights into strategic or tactical solutions
Leverage communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to influence business leaders to act on your insights
Establish and maintain effective feedback loops with business partners to monitor the effectiveness of analytical solutions and iterate as needed
Mature proven analytical solutions into robust and resilient products and processes using industry leading practices and technology

Required

Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 1 year of experience in analysis

Preferred

Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
1+ years of experience in Statistical model building
1+ years of experience in market research
1+ years of experience in SQL querying
2+ years of experience in business analysis
1+ years of experience in consulting
