Community Manager

They are seeking a Community Manager for Creekside Apartments, responsible for tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and financial management tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the property.

Responsibilities
Process daily transactions related to rent, fees, and other payments, including preparing bank deposits
Monitor resident ledgers, communicate with tenants regarding outstanding balances, issue notices, and pursue delinquent accounts
Review and submit vendor and service provider invoices for payment
Support property budgeting and financial reporting as needed
Manage lease terms by tracking renewals and coordinating move-in/move-out processes in compliance with notice requirements
Conduct required inspections for move-ins, move-outs, and annual evaluations to ensure property standards are maintained
Follow up on maintenance service requests to confirm timely completion
Perform regular property inspections to uphold safety and maintenance standards
Oversight of staff communications with tenant inquiries, insuring resolutions to concerns are promptly and professionally handled
Issue notices for lease violations and enforce lease terms
Conduct property tours as part of the leasing process
Qualification
Preferred
APPFOLIO management software experience preferred
Property management experience of 2+ years preferred
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks daily
Superior written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills
Extremely computer literate with a knack for technology
Results-oriented with the ability to balance all business considerations
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
