Responsibilities
Collaborate with a cross-functional team on all Industry & Event Marketing initiatives, including major events and smaller conferences
Take full ownership of administrative projects, including vendor coordination, billing processes, scheduling, and attendee logistics
Provide assistance with project management, timelines, and event task execution
Be available for weekly 1:1s, team meetings, and responsive on Slack during working hours
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline
1-2 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach
Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working independently
Preferred
Experience with billing processes using Zip and Coupa
Familiarity with event management software
Experience in a tech or digital media environment
Knowledge of Reddit's platform and community
Previous experience in a remote work setting
