Business Solutions Consultant
Horizon Payments is redefining how businesses manage transactions by delivering fast, secure, and innovative payment solutions. The Business Solutions Consultant will engage with prospective clients, delivering presentations and collaborating with internal sales managers to close new business deals while maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activity.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients via door-to-door networking, pre-scheduled appointments, referrals, and networking
Deliver presentations to potential decision-makers, demonstrating the benefits and features of services
Understand client needs and requirements and, with the support of internal sales managers, present customized cost-saving proposals
Collaborate with internal sales managers to close new business deals
Follow-up with leads in a timely, professional manner to move deals forward
Guide clients through the process from initial contact to signed agreement
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
Qualification
Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable and confident in presenting/pitching
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Good active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs
Preferred
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
