Responsibilities
Review various types of legal contracts in connection with Vertafore’s implementation of a new state-of-the-art contract management system
Qualification
Required
Must be a current law student or a recent graduate of an accredited law school
Must have strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Interest in software and technology and the workings of an in-house legal team
Must sign an NDA and agree to all company policies and procedures prior to start date
Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.)
Frequent sitting and/or standing
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds
Preferred
Coursework in contracts and experience in a corporate setting are beneficial, although not required
