Responsibilities

Act as the primary administrator for banking platforms used across the organization

Support internal and external audits to ensure proper cash management and compliance

Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Tax, and Insurance teams to streamline banking operations

Liaise with banking partners to address requests and resolve cash-related issues

Provide oversight to ensure strong controls, checks, and balances that minimize risks of waste, theft, and fraud

Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies across departments

Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required

Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Analyze and interpret financial data in collaboration with the Controller, GCAD, and auditors

Recommend and implement process improvements within the accounting function

Assist the Corporate Controller with special projects and strategic initiatives
