Responsibilities
Provide senior leadership for the company’s operations function, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and long-term business objectives
Define and execute enterprise-level operational strategies, driving efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth
Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple teams, functions, regions, or business units
Translate executive strategy into operational plans, processes, and performance frameworks
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional leaders to improve execution and organizational effectiveness
Establish operational governance, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting mechanisms
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and growth constraints; design and implement mitigation strategies
Lead, mentor, and develop directors, managers, and senior operations leaders, ensuring succession planning
Support major initiatives including business expansion, transformation programs, and mergers or integrations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
5–8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including director-level or senior leadership roles
Proven experience leading complex, multi-functional, or multi-regional operations
Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen
Exceptional leadership presence, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated success in scaling operations, organizational design, and change management
Experience operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented, or highly regulated environments
Preferred
MBA preferred
Industry experience in finance, investment, technology, healthcare, or industrial sectors is a strong plus
