Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for nuclear operations, including operational procedures (ConOps), standard operating procedures, and technical write-ups
Your work will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support safe, efficient nuclear operations
Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, helping to build team capability and maintain documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience writing nuclear operations procedures and technical documentation
Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable procedures
Preferred
Knowledge of and experience with DOE (Department of Energy) regulations
Familiarity with Kentucky state nuclear regulations
Experience mentoring or training junior technical writers
Background in nuclear operations or related technical fields
