Responsibilities
Provide an approved Inspection and Testing vendor for Source Inspection
Sampling and Testing on types of work specified in Section 03400 Precast Concrete Structure and Section 05200 Structural Steel
Submit the testing and inspection for JPB’s approval prior to the work
Testing and Inspection shall be done in accordance with Caltrain Standard Specifications
Manage Non-Conformance Reports
Maintain Non-Conformance Reports Log
Complete QAR Daily Reports
Prepare Source Inspection and Testing Report
Support the Caltrain Environmental Consultant Staff during the term of this Contract with any information requested as part of daily contractor’s activities
Provide oversight to manage the Contractor’s approved Storm Water Pollution and Prevention Plan (SWPPP) submittal
Qualification
Required
Perform work including hard hats, safety vests, safety boots, safety glasses, digital camera, and flashlight
Provide an approved Inspection and Testing vendor for Source Inspection

Submit the testing and inspection for JPB's approval prior to the work
