Responsibilities

Coach, develop, and lead a team of Engineers and Technicians, fostering Noble Plastics cultural values

Set, review, and manage project timelines; maintain schedule integrity

Continuously assess organizational capacity and close gaps

Drive standardization and continuous improvement across processes

Organize and secure data created and used by the department

Review and approve scopes; manage feasibility, risk, and stakeholder communication

Build and manage the departmental budget; track project performance and employee satisfaction

Required

Bachelor of Science degree

5+ years in a related field, including 2+ years leading people

Demonstrated ability to build a cohesive, collaborative, and productive team

Clear, professional communication and solid project management skills

Fundamental knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and sensor technology

Working design knowledge across a wide range of manufacturing technologies and a strong understanding of process capability

Proficient in at least two: GD&T, PLC programing, Robot Programing, Test and Measurement methods, Six Sigma, Solidworks PDM, Plastics Manufacturing, SCRUM
