The role involves supporting systems and delivering services, administering databases, and working with experienced IT professionals to enhance processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Get experience supporting systems and delivering services to users at Church headquarters and millions of users throughout the world

Administer on-premises and/or cloud databases

Migration of databases from on-premises to cloud database solutions

Compile reports on implementation and data

Monitor processes and makes recommendations for efficiency and accuracy

Craft management reports to communicate status

Seeks opportunities to improve processes

Work with state-of-the art tools to help support enterprise database solutions

Mentor with highly experienced IT professionals

Required

Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college or university (you must start within one year of your grad date)

Aptitude to learn database systems

Solid business presentation skills (articulates technical concepts clearly - visually and verbally)

Good organizational skills

Attention to detail

Excellent communication skills for interacting with and providing information to management levels

Preferred

Technology background is highly preferred
