Senior Associate, HR Delivery
Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate to lead data and process excellence within their Career Transition Support Center (CTSC) Team. The role focuses on managing reduction in force events, outplacement services, and severance processing, ensuring compliance and data accuracy while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements
Project or process coordination and activity monitoring / auditing
Partner with outplacement vendors to ensure data accuracy
Other miscellaneous - deck writing, communications, answering stakeholder questions regarding our processes or systems, etc
Create monthly business reviews and regular client reporting
Leverage HR data systems such as Workday, Salesforce and People Data Hub to support the CTSC
Interacting with partner groups, stakeholders, and HRBPs to keep all informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint or Slides
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or at least 1 year of experience in Process Management
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
2+ years of experience in Human Resources
2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management
