Manage general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare financial statements and variance analyses
Support tax filings and client financial reporting
Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver accurate, timely insights
Qualification
Required
Strong financial reporting and close process experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance
Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred
CPA preferred
Experience with high-growth companies or nonprofits a plus
