Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and refine sales training programs for new and existing inside sales associates
Conduct onboarding sessions that focus on consultative selling and success fundamentals
Identify training needs through collaboration with sales leaders, performance data, and rep feedback
Create engaging training content using adult learning principles, real-world sales scenarios, and interactive methods (e.g., role-plays, simulations, video, group exercises)
Provide real-time and ongoing coaching to reinforce skills and drive accountability
Maintain a feedback loop with sales managers to ensure training aligns with evolving team goals
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observation, and performance metrics
Recommend and implement changes to improve learning outcomes and productivity
Act as a positive role model and subject matter expert within the sales organization
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and selling strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in a sales training role)
Proven experience delivering B2C or B2B sales training programs to call center or inside sales teams
Strong background in consultative/solution selling
Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design, and sales enablement tools
Experience in high volume call center sales
Exceptional facilitation and public speaking skills
Able to engage, motivate, and influence teams — even without direct authority
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training cohorts
Strong writing, communication, and presentation development skills
Data-driven mindset; can analyze performance to identify gaps and opportunities
Strong presence in both live and virtual training environments
Confident giving constructive feedback and holding reps accountable
High energy, positive attitude, and passion for developing others
Present Skillfully – Clear, confident, and professional in delivery
Ask and Listen – Effective in fact-finding and identifying learning needs
Be Direct – Communicates clearly and with purpose; avoids ambiguity
Coach to Close – Supports reps in developing win-win strategies and techniques
Drive Results – Applies sales knowledge to boost rep performance and close gaps
